PRIVACY POLICY

Pipe Standard

1. OVERVIEW

Pipe Standard is a pipe dimension reference and visualization app provided by Xonnet Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles local preferences, saved spec images, and advertising-related data.

Key points:

  • The app itself does not collect names, email addresses, account information, contacts, precise location, camera images, videos, project documents, or pipe lookup history.
  • Pipe calculations and reference lookups are processed on the device.
  • Google Mobile Ads may process advertising-related data under Google's policies and user settings.
  • Spec card images are saved only when the user taps Save.

2. LOCAL APP DATA

Pipe Standard stores only app preferences on the device, including theme mode, big font setting, selected pipe standard, and NPS or DN display unit. These settings are saved in the app's private local preferences.

Local app preferences can be removed by clearing the app's data from Android system settings or by deleting the app.

3. SAVED SPEC IMAGES

A spec card image is created only when the user taps Save. The image is written to the device gallery or Pictures folder.

  • Pipe Standard does not upload saved spec images to a server.
  • Saved spec images are not used for advertising or analytics.
  • Saved spec images can be deleted from the device gallery by the user.

4. DATA NOT COLLECTED BY THE APP

The app itself does not collect or build a personal profile from:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account information
  • Precise location, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, or Bluetooth data
  • Camera images, videos, microphone audio, or project documents
  • Pipe lookup history, pipe calculation data, or saved spec images

5. ADVERTISING AND GOOGLE MOBILE ADS

Pipe Standard uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. While Pipe Standard does not collect personal profile data for pipe lookup or spec image saving, Google Mobile Ads SDK may process advertising-related data.

Google Mobile Ads may process data such as:

  • Advertising ID or Android advertising signals where supported by the device
  • Device information, app package name, app version, and language settings
  • Ad interaction data, attribution signals, measurement data, and fraud-prevention signals
  • IP address for approximate location and service operation

This data is handled by Google and its advertising partners under their applicable policies and user settings. Users can control personalized advertising through Android device settings and Google settings.
